A 25 minute yoga nidra practice inspired by the Ocean and my time living in Santa Barbara, California. Yoga nidra is the practice of deep rest when the mind remains "awake", but the body sleeps. It's during this practice that your subconscious mind is receptive to new thought patterns. During this yoga nidra practice, I encourage you to form a sankalpa, or positive personal "I am" statement. If creating a sankalpa is a new practice, or doesn't come easily, I encourage you to use one of the following sankalpa's "I am the witness" or "I am love"
