Welcome.

My name is Alejandro,

And this is a conscious connected circular breathing session.

In this session,

I will guide you by doing a breathing pattern in which you consciously use your diaphragm and your chest to help you take deep breaths.

The way we're going to breathe is by taking a deep breath as our belly expands,

And then without any pause and any effort,

We'll just exhale completely and fully.

We will continue breathing this pattern in a circular rhythm.

That means that there are no pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

We're going to breathe as follows.

The body is relaxed,

Belly and chest open,

And we'll continue breathing in this way for about 10 minutes.

You might experience light headiness or tingling sensations in your body.

This is perfectly normal.

After the 10 minutes,

We'll end up with a breath hold of about 5 seconds that without any effort or pauses,

We'll just release the energy with a quick sigh.

We'll begin by finding a safe space,

Either lying down or sitting in our favorite meditation position.

We'll begin the breathing session by putting a hand on our belly and another one in our chest.

Take a deep breath.

Feel your belly expanding with your chest,

Then without any effort,

Release.

Repeat the cycle again and continue breathing in this fashion.

Remember not to pause between the inhale and the exhale.

Just breathe.

Continue breathing normal.

Hopefully by now you're experiencing a new sense of awareness and calmness in your body.

Remember who you are.

You are love.

You are joy.

You are peace.

Free to feel.

Free to express.

Free to be.
