Welcome to a Breathing Session To Align. In this transformative experience, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. Breathe with me as we dive deep into the power of breath, reconnecting mind, body, and spirit. As you settle into a chair with your feet flat on the floor or in a mat sitting in your favourite meditation position, allow yourself to fully embrace the present moment. Throughout this session, I will guide you in expanding your breath, through a breathing pattern using your nose to inhale and exhale through the mouth. With each inhale and exhale, you will cultivate a profound connection with yourself,  promoting self-healing. So let's begin this extraordinary journey together by simply breathing, trusting that the breath will lead us towards a state of profound relaxation and inner peace. The invitation for today is to sit up in a chair straight up with your feet flat on the ground or sitting up in your favorite meditation position.

We're going to breathe into the nose and out through the mouth consistently for the next 10 minutes.

Take a deep breath through your nose and feel as if you were pulling energy from the base of your spine into the top of your head.

Then when you exhale through the mouth,

Feel that energy being freed from the top of your head back into the base of your spine.

We're going to breathe in a circular rhythm pattern.

That means that there is no pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

We're going to be consistently breathing the next 10 minutes or so.

You might be feeling a tingling sensation through your body or a little bit like head and neck.

Remember that this is perfectly normal.

Take a deep breath through your nose.

Feel how your belly and chest expand.

Without any effort,

Let it go.

Repeat the cycle again and continue with me in this fashion.

Remember that there are no pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

Just breathe.

The intention today is to connect with your respiratory system,

Your body,

And your mind.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Remember,

There are no pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

If your mind starts to wander,

I invite you to come back and continue breathing.

Observe your energy moving through your body.

Bring yourself back into this moment by simply observing your breath.

Exhale.

I'm going to count you down to 5,

And when I say 1,

Hold your breath for 5 seconds,

Followed by a deep exhalation.

And hold your breath.

Exhale deeply now.

Continue breathing normally.

Maybe right now you have a new sense of awareness and meaning to your body.

Continue breathing normally.

Remember who you are.

Your peace.

Your love.

Your joy.

Free to feel.

Free to express.

Free to be.
