Welcome to a Breathing Session To Align. In this transformative experience, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. Breathe with me as we dive deep into the power of breath, reconnecting mind, body, and spirit. As you settle into a chair with your feet flat on the floor or in a mat sitting in your favourite meditation position, allow yourself to fully embrace the present moment. Throughout this session, I will guide you in expanding your breath, through a breathing pattern using your nose to inhale and exhale through the mouth. With each inhale and exhale, you will cultivate a profound connection with yourself, promoting self-healing. So let's begin this extraordinary journey together by simply breathing, trusting that the breath will lead us towards a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.
