This track has been designed to support the foundations of meditation and guide you toward presence and peace. We will count each breath on the exhale which you can say out loud or in your head to continually cultivate awareness of the present moment and the important skill of concentration. I'll count with you up to 100, providing structure and support. Don't worry if you lose count, I'm here as a friendly force of light. This meditation is perfect for beginners and even as a walking meditation. Let the rhythm guide you to relaxation and presence. If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back. This practice cultivates awareness and taps into your power of concentration and potential with all you can do with it. Appreciate the stillness within. Carry this peace throughout your day.
