Welcome to this heart-centered meditation to align your heart's wisdom.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Close your eyes gently and allow your body to begin to relax.

Feel the surface beneath you supporting you.

Take a few deep slow breaths.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the cool air fill your lungs and exhale slowly,

Releasing any stress or tension.

With each breath allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of peace and calm.

Just take a moment to set a personal intention for this practice,

Such as aligning with your heart's wisdom,

Cultivating peace or deepening self-compassion.

Bring your palms together in front of your chest,

Forming the Anjali Mudra.

Your thumbs should gently press against your sternum,

Right over your heart center.

Your shoulders should be nicely relaxed and your fingers just gently pressing together.

Focus on the sensation of your palms touching and the connection to your heart.

Feel the warmth and energy in your hands as they connect over your heart center.

If you prefer,

It's fine to just place one or both hands gently over your heart.

Feel the warmth of your hands and the rhythm of your heartbeat.

As you breathe in,

Imagine that you are drawing breath directly into your heart.

And just picture your breath as a warm golden light filling your heart space.

As you exhale,

Imagine this light expanding outwards,

Filling your entire body with warmth and love.

Good.

Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Feel your body letting go of any further stress or tension and feel yourself becoming fully present in the moment.

Tune into the present moment.

Flow your breathing in and out like the waves on the seashore,

Flowing in,

Flowing out.

Good.

Breathe in deeply through your nose for a count of four,

Visualizing the breath flowing into your heart.

Gently exhale through your nose for a count of six,

Imagining the breath carrying away any tension or stress as it leaves your body.

After exhaling,

Pause briefly for a count of two before beginning your next inhale,

Allowing this energy to settle in your heart.

Beautiful.

Continue in your own time focusing on the energy settling into your heart.

Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four,

Exhale for a count of six,

Hold for a count of two.

Continue.

As you breathe in,

Feel the warm radiant light filling your heart,

Grounding you in the present moment.

As you exhale,

Release any tension or stress,

Allowing your body to become lighter and more relaxed.

Nice.

With each breath,

Notice the gentle flow of energy aligning your mind,

Body and heart,

Creating a deep sense of inner peace and harmony.

Feel your heart expanding with compassion and love,

Embracing a state of calm that permeates your entire being.

Let this tranquility and connection settle within you,

Bringing balance and centeredness to your soul.

As you breathe now,

Focus on the sensation of your hands in the Anjali Mudra.

Notice the energy from your heart flowing through your hands and back into your heart,

Creating a continuous loop of healing energy.

Feel the connection between your heart and your hands,

Allowing this unity to deepen your breath and sense of alignment.

Imagine your breath as a cycle.

With each breath,

Imagine your heart's energy aligning with your mind and body.

See this alignment as a radiant light connecting all parts of your being.

If your mind wanders,

Gently bring your focus back to your breath and the feeling of your palms touching in Anjali Mudra.

Beautiful.

As you breathe in,

Feel a warm,

Radiant light filling your heart,

Grounding you in the present moment.

As you exhale,

Let your body become lighter,

More at ease.

With each breath,

Sense the gentle flow of energy aligning your mind,

Body and heart,

Inviting a deep sense of peace and harmony.

Feel your heart softly expanding with compassion and love,

Embracing a calm that gently soothes your entire being.

As you reach the close of this practice,

Allow the tranquility to settle deeply within you,

Bringing a quiet,

Lasting sense of balance to your soul.

Take a moment to rest in this stillness,

Knowing you can carry this inner harmony with you as you continue your day.

Before releasing Anjali Mudra,

Take a moment to express gratitude for this time of connection and alignment.

Gently release your hands and place them on your knees or in your lap.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of peace and alignment with you.

Invite a sphere of protective,

Warm,

Golden,

Loving light to be placed all around you,

Your heart and this experience too,

So that all the positive,

Restful benefits will stay with you.

Gently bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Take a moment to thank yourself with gratitude for giving yourself this gift.

And when you're ready,

Feel awake,

Calm,

With a sense of peace.

Know that you can come back to this practice whenever you would like.

Namaste,

My friend.
