Just pause for a moment and ground yourself,

Allowing a moment of stillness in your day.

Take a slow deep breath in and exhale gently.

As you continue breathing,

Imagine your thoughts gently settling,

Creating space for calm and clarity.

Now visualize a peaceful,

Clear space around you.

As you breathe,

This space becomes even more open and calm,

Allowing you to focus on what truly matters.

Feel any distractions melting away,

Leaving you with a sense of clear purpose and renewed focus.

Good.

As we end this short reset,

Take a moment to feel how grounded and clear-headed you now are.

And just carry this clarity with you as you return to your tasks.
