Welcome to the mantra breath.

This breath practice involves conscious breathing with affirmations to increase positivity and a greater sense of calm for you.

Let's begin.

Make yourself comfortable either sitting or lying down is just fine and delicately close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath and let go of any tension as you feel yourself sinking into the surface you're resting on.

Becoming still more comfortable and relaxed.

Take another slow deep breath and release your thoughts letting them drift far away.

Bring your awareness into your heart centre and notice a softness there.

Another beautiful breath in and this time take the breath down to your abdomen relax with a deep exhale.

Take another slow deep breath and know that in this moment all is well.

Tune into the present moment.

Imagine all the energy you've sent out into the world lately coming gently back to your heart like the last pieces of a puzzle making you feel more whole and complete.

Follow your breathing in and out as you relax and settle in still more.

Just let your shoulders and neck area relax,

Your arms,

Back,

Abdomen,

Hips,

Legs and feet.

Relax and breathe.

Breathing is your connection to life and the natural world and like all of nature it has a rhythm.

So just take a few moments to do nothing more than simply follow the rhythm of your breath and relax.

Wonderful.

Lengthen through your spine and soften your shoulders away from your ears.

Come back to your breath awareness and now resist any urge to alter your breathing in any way.

Just allow your breath to breathe through you with freedom and ease.

Good.

Now on the next inhale affirm either quietly or spoken out loud with the words all I need and as you exhale affirm with the words is within me right now.

Continue breathing slowly and steadily as you repeat this mantra.

Inhale all I need.

Exhale is within me right now.

Inhale all I need.

Exhale is within me right now.

All I need is within me right now.

Continue in your own time.

Continue breathing slowly and steadily through your nose as you repeat the mantra.

Allow the mantra and breathing to settle into a beautiful rhythm.

Gently redirect any wandering thoughts.

Repeat for a few more breaths.

Good.

Now as we bring this breath exercise to a close let's recite this mantra out loud one more time.

All I need is within me right now.

Beautiful.

Now invite a sphere of protective warm golden loving light to be placed all around you and this experience too so that all the positive healing serene and peaceful benefits will stay with you.

Gently bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Just take a moment to thank yourself with gratitude for giving yourself this gift.

Take your time and when you're ready open your eyes and feel awake alert and refreshed.

Your breath is always there ready to guide you back to the present moment whenever you need it.

You may also try this mantra practice in front of a mirror.

Gaze deeply into your eyes affirming this mantra.

You may come back to the mantra breath exercise whenever you need to.

Namaste my friend.

Thank you Juli, Not sure if you are aware, towards the end of your lovely meditation, at around 1.18 minutes to go, there is a loud noise which is a bit of a shock. I listened to it again to check it was on the track rather than my end. I will delete this message once you have seen it Hoping you might be able to delete the noise or re record. Wishing you 🕊️💕 🙏
