Welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

This meditation is a gentle journey back to yourself.

Back to your own heart,

Your own body,

Your own soul.

It's a space to remember that you are loved and you are loved.

So let's begin.

Find your comfy space and just allow your eyes to close.

Take a deep nourishing breath in.

And a slow releasing breath out.

Feel your whole being begin to soften.

Now bring your attention to your heart center,

That quiet tender space just behind your breastbone.

Just visualize a warm glow forming there.

It's soft,

Radiant,

Loving.

With every inhale,

This glow is brightening.

And with every exhale,

Just feel it expanding.

It's filling your chest with warmth,

With safety,

With presence.

This is where self-love begins.

It's a willingness to meet your own heart exactly as it is.

Not trying to change it or reshape it,

Just allowing it to be held.

Place a gentle hand on your heart and just feel the warmth beneath your palm.

Feel the steady rhythm of your own aliveness.

And just whisper inwardly to yourself,

My heart is deserving of tenderness.

I am worthy of my own love.

Let these words settle like a soft blanket around your beautiful heart.

Just bring your awareness to your body now.

This sacred,

Beautiful vessel that carries you through the world.

Feel into your shoulders,

Your spine,

Your hips and just notice how your body holds your stories.

It's your emotions,

Your courage,

Your resilience.

Take a slow breath in and with the exhale,

Let your body soften just a little more.

Your body has been with you through every moment,

Every joy,

Every ache,

Every transformation.

And it has never stopped showing up for you.

So,

Send love to your feet,

The ones that carry you.

To your legs,

The ones that move you forward.

To your belly,

The one that protects,

Digests and feels.

And to your chest,

The one that rises and falls with every breath.

And send love to your face,

The one the world sees and the one that expresses your soul.

You don't need to change anything.

You don't need to earn love by becoming different.

You are worthy exactly as you are.

Let these words drift gently through your body.

My body is deserving of respect and affection.

I honor every part of myself,

Soft,

Strong,

Changing.

My body is enough.

I am enough.

Feel the love flowing into every cell,

Every curve,

Every line,

Every scar.

Every place that has held tension or doubt.

Just let your body exhale with relief.

Finally,

Allowed to be loved just as it is.

You are beautiful.

So,

Begin by gently turning your awareness toward your emotional self.

That's that part of you that feels deeply,

That loves fiercely,

That carries the quiet tenderness of your inner world.

Your emotions are not a burden.

They are messengers,

Guides,

Soft lanterns lighting the path within you.

Take a slow,

Warm breath into your heart.

And as you exhale,

Just imagine creating space for whatever your heart is feeling today.

No pushing anything away,

Not forcing anything to change,

Simply allowing.

Let yourself whisper inwardly,

All of my feelings are valid.

I am allowed to feel what I feel.

Notice if your heart carries joy,

Peace,

Or longing,

Or some sadness,

Or appreciation.

Just notice if there's a tender ache,

A quiet hope,

A small spark of light that hasn't gone out.

Just meet it with gentleness,

Whatever arises.

Now,

Just see yourself sitting beside your emotional self,

Just as if you would sit beside a dear friend who is hopeful or unsure.

Offer yourself the same tenderness you would offer them.

A soft presence,

A warm silence,

A gentle I'm here.

Feel your emotions soften under this loving attention.

Just feel them begin to relax,

To trust,

To settle.

And let your heart hear these words.

My emotions are part of my truth.

I embrace all of who I am.

I am safe to feel.

I am safe to heal.

Just allow these affirmations to flow through you,

Like warm light illuminating the quiet corners of your inner world.

Sit here for a moment longer,

Simply breathing with your heart,

Allowing every emotion,

Big or small,

To be held in this love.

Wonderful.

Now see a soft light extending from your heart outward,

Surrounding your entire being.

This is your soul,

Your essence,

Your truth,

Your quiet inner wisdom.

Your soul has always known your worth.

It has always whispered love into your path,

Even when you are too tired or hurting to hear it.

Just feel this light envelop you,

A warm cocoon of acceptance,

Belonging,

And unconditional love.

Let these affirmations echo gently through your soul.

I am love.

I am worthy of every good thing.

My heart,

My body,

And my soul are sacred.

Rest here now for a few moments,

Held softly in the fullness of your own self-love.

Feel it filling you,

Healing you,

Strengthening you,

Reminding you of who you truly are.

When you're ready,

Gently deepen your breath,

And slowly return your awareness to your body,

Your space,

Your presence.

Softly open your eyes,

And carry this love with you.

A steady glow in your chest,

A warmth in your body,

A quiet knowing in your soul.
