Welcome to the Starseed Breath,

A breathing meditation practice to activate your imagination,

Intuition and emotional balance.

Let's begin.

Make yourself comfortable,

Either sitting or lying down is just fine,

And delicately close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath and let go of any tension as you feel yourself sinking into the surface you're resting on,

Becoming still more comfortable and relaxed.

Take another slow,

Deep breath and release your thoughts,

Letting them drift far away.

Bring your awareness into your heart centre and notice a softness there.

Another beautiful breath in and this time take the breath down to your abdomen,

Relax with a deep exhale.

Take another slow,

Deep breath and know that in this moment all is well.

Tune into the present moment.

Follow your breathing in and out as you relax and settle in still more.

Just let your shoulders and neck area relax,

Your arms,

Back,

Abdomen,

Hips,

Legs and feet.

Relax and breathe.

Breathing is your connection to life and the natural world and like all of nature it has a rhythm.

Take a few moments to do nothing more than simply follow the rhythm of your breath and relax.

Lengthen through your spine and soften your shoulders away from your ears.

Come back to your breath awareness and resist any urge to alter your breathing in any way.

Allow your breath to breathe through you with freedom and ease.

Good.

Now rest your attention on the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye centre.

Soften into the darkness behind your eyelids and begin to imagine that you are looking out into space.

Imagine yourself as a shining star filling the darkness with a soft glowing light as you soften your breath.

The softer your breath becomes the brighter you shine.

Begin to visualise millions of other stars glowing all around you and allow your awareness to drift into the sparkling skies of your imagination.

The softer your breath,

The brighter you shine.

Allow your breath to become even softer.

Shine like the bright star you are.

Drift into the sparkling skies of your imagination.

Beautiful.

Now to finish the star seed breath,

Just breathe yourself back into your body and back into the physical space that surrounds you.

Take a grounding breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now invite a sphere of protective,

Warm,

Golden,

Loving light to be placed all around you,

Your heart and this experience too,

So that all the positive,

Healing,

Serene and starlight benefits will stay with you.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Take a moment to thank yourself with gratitude for giving yourself this gift.

Take your time and when you're ready open your eyes and feel awake,

Alert and refreshed.

Your breath is always there,

Ready to guide you back to the present moment whenever you need it.

You may come back to this star seed breath whenever you need to.
