Welcome to,

With every breath,

I return to peace.

This moment is your sanctuary,

So wherever you are,

Just let yourself arrive fully,

Body,

Breath,

And soul.

Allow the outside world to soften as though the volume has been gently turned down.

You are safe here,

You are held,

You can let go now.

So,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly through your nose.

With each breath,

Just feel your body settling,

Like sand gently sinking to the ocean floor.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your face relax,

And let the rhythm of your breath begin to calm your mind.

Because there's nothing to chase here,

Nothing to fix.

Peace is already here,

Quietly waiting beneath the surface of everything,

And all we do now is return.

Peace doesn't always mean silence or stillness on the outside,

It's an inner steadiness,

A deep breath that remains calm even as the winds change.

So often,

We search for peace in things beyond us,

In the perfect timing,

The perfect words,

The perfect outcome.

But peace isn't something we find,

It's something we uncover.

It's what remains when the noise settles.

When we stop striving and just simply allow.

So,

Visualize a lake on a quiet morning,

And even when the wind stirs its surface,

The depths below remain calm.

That stillness lives within you,

So you don't need to create peace,

You simply need to remember it.

And just let your breath be that remembering.

Inhale softly,

Inviting calm in,

And exhale gently,

Releasing all that disturbs your rest.

Let yourself breathe in harmony,

As though the whole universe is breathing with you.

Now,

Bring one hand to your heart and one to your abdomen,

Close your eyes gently if they aren't already,

In your soft,

Cozy space,

And just begin to follow your breath,

Slow,

Steady,

Effortless.

Inhale through your nose for a count of 4,

2,

3,

4,

Hold gently for a count of 2,

And exhale through your nose for a count of 4,

3,

2,

1,

Hold and pause for a count of 2.

Again,

Inhale 4,

Hold 2,

Exhale 4,

Hold 2,

And just continue in your own time now.

And as you breathe,

Just visualize the air moving through you like a soft wind,

It's clearing tension,

Softening every muscle.

And just bring your attention to your forehead,

As you exhale,

Just feel it smooth and relax.

On your next exhale,

Just bring your awareness to your eyes and let them soften,

Your jaw unclench,

Release,

Allow,

Your shoulders drop them slightly as though a weight has been lifted.

Now,

Feel that wave of release travel down your arms,

Through your hands and out your fingertips.

Breathe it all out.

Now,

Draw in fresh,

New energy,

Cool,

Light and clear,

And let it fill your chest,

Your belly,

Your legs,

Your whole being.

And as you breathe,

Whisper inwardly,

Peace lives within me.

Each inhale you take expands it,

And each exhale shares it with the world.

So,

Just stay here for a few quiet breaths,

Whispering inwardly,

Peace lives within me.

Let peace move through your whole body like a soft current of light.

Resume your natural breathing pattern now.

So,

Just imagine you are in a peaceful forest,

Just as dawn begins to break.

You walk slowly along a path lined with moss and pine.

The air is cool and fresh.

Each breath is refreshing your soul.

Soon,

You arrive at a small lake surrounded by tall trees.

The water is perfectly still here,

And it's reflecting the sky like a mirror.

You sit down at its edge.

The earth beneath you is firm and cool.

And as you begin to gaze at the lake,

You see your own reflection,

Not as something to analyze or change,

But simply as part of nature's calm design.

A gentle breeze now stirs the surface.

Ripples appear,

Then fade.

And still,

The lake remains at peace.

You realize that peace doesn't vanish when disturbed.

It simply waits for stillness to return.

And you,

Too,

Can return to this stillness whenever you choose.

So,

Just place your hand over your heart once more.

Feel your breath echo the rhythm of the lake.

Inhaling calm.

Exhaling release.

Now,

You see a soft light rising from the center of the water.

It's a silvery glow spreading toward you.

It's touching your skin,

Your breath,

Your heart.

This is the light of inner peace.

It reminds you that calm is not the absence of emotion.

It's the presence of understanding.

So,

Just breathe this light in deeply and let it settle through you like cool rain.

Let it fill every cell of your being,

Bringing clarity,

Rest,

Peace,

And renewal.

Slowly now,

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel your breath returning to its natural rhythm.

Your body may feel lighter,

Your mind clearer,

And your heart more open.

Peace isn't something fragile.

It's really a quiet strength,

A gentle power that really knows how to endure.

Let's take a deep breath in now and exhale softly,

Whispering to yourself,

With every breath,

I return to peace.

With every breath,

I rest in calm and trust.

Beautiful.

Let those words echo softly inside you as a truth your body understands,

As a rhythm your soul remembers.

Just stay here just for a few more slow breaths,

Soaking in this serenity.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and really carry this peace forward into your day,

Like a still lake within your beautiful heart.

You have returned to peace.

Namaste,

My friend.
