Welcome to With Every Breath I Return to Myself.

Take a moment to arrive in your body,

In breath,

In heart.

You are entering a space of remembrance,

A homecoming to yourself.

There is nothing to strive for here,

Nothing to earn,

It's just an invitation to return.

So just let your body soften,

Your shoulders release,

Your breath lengthen.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale softly and exhale completely,

Letting go of any stress or tension.

Allow the sound of your breath to draw you inward.

With every breath you come closer to yourself,

Not the roles that you play,

Not the expectations placed upon you,

But quiet truth that lives beneath it all.

This truth is gentle,

Ancient,

Whole.

It has never left you.

You are simply remembering.

As we move through life,

It's easy to forget who we truly are.

We sometimes learn to shape ourselves to fit the world,

To be strong,

To be pleasing,

To be acceptable.

And sometimes in doing so,

We begin to lose touch with our true essence,

The part of us that is tender,

Radiant,

And real.

But this essence never disappears.

It waits quietly like a candle glowing in your heart.

And when we breathe consciously,

We fan that flame of remembrance.

So with each inhale,

Breathe in kindness for yourself.

And with each exhale,

Let go of any self-judgment or self-doubt.

Feel how your breath creates space.

It's a soft,

Forgiving space where self-love can begin to bloom again.

You are not the stories others told you.

You are not your mistakes,

Nor the times you forgot your worth.

You are the awareness behind it all.

The gentle witness who is always loving,

Always learning,

Always becoming.

Now take a slow breath in and quietly say to yourself,

I am enough.

Exhale and release the tension of needing to be anything more.

Just place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

And let's begin to follow the movement of your breath.

It's the natural rhythm flowing in and out.

Inhale,

Feel your belly rise and your chest expand.

Exhale,

Softening,

Releasing,

Grounding.

We'll move now into heart coherence breath.

Inhale for five counts,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And exhale for five counts,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Let this smooth rhythm connect your heart and mind.

So,

Breathe in for five.

Breathe out for five.

And just feel your heart and your breath moving in harmony.

Continue.

Feel the rhythm.

And just let your breath become a lullaby,

A rhythm of care for yourself.

Now,

As you breathe,

Imagine a golden light entering your body.

With every inhale,

It travels through your chest,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Your whole being.

This light carries compassion.

It's warm,

Steady,

Unhurried.

And with your exhale,

Release any heavy things that you've been carrying,

Like expectations,

Self-criticism,

The weight of not enough.

Just let them go.

Let them dissolve in your breath.

Now,

Just breathe naturally again and bring your awareness to your heart.

With your warm hand there,

Just feel it beating.

This is a rhythm that has carried you through every moment of your life.

So,

Whisper softly to it,

Thank you.

Your heart has held you through every storm and still it opens with every breath.

So,

Now you return to that strength.

Not the strength that pushes,

But the strength that allows.

Now,

You might begin to sense a soft glow within your chest,

A warmth that expands with every inhale.

And just let that warmth travel through you,

Filling the spaces that once felt forgotten.

This is your own love.

It's meeting you exactly where you are.

Now,

Visualize yourself walking through a quiet garden at dawn.

Mist lingers over the grass and the world feels fresh.

It's full of promise.

The air is cool and pure.

Every breath feels like an offering,

A blessing to your body,

A gift for your soul.

Ahead,

There's a small clearing where a pool of light filters through the trees.

You step into it and just feel the warmth on your skin.

This light recognizes you.

It knows every version of you.

The brave one,

The tired one,

The one who's loved and lost and begun again.

You stand here bathed in that light and you feel it moving through your body,

Through your breath,

Through your very being.

And in this moment,

You remember you are whole.

You always were.

Let the light fill you.

Let it remind you that self-love isn't something you earn.

It's something you allow.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and exhale softly.

Feel how peace settles inside you.

Not as perfection,

But as acceptance.

You are here.

You are enough.

You are home.

This version of peace reminds you of your laughter,

Your kindness,

Your love,

Your empathy.

Just let those wonderful thoughts settle inside you.

Now,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest,

The gentle rhythm of your breathing.

Presence and self-love live here,

Not in the future,

Not in an ideal,

But in this breath right now.

So,

Place your hand once more on your heart.

Feel its steady rhythm and whisper to yourself gently,

With every breath,

I return to myself.

With every breath,

I remember who I am.

Now,

Just let these words echo softly like a kind promise to your soul.

Stay here for a few more slow breaths,

Absorbing the calm,

The softness,

The truth of your being.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and lift your gaze,

Carrying this sense of quiet belonging with you through the rest of your day,

Because you have come home to you.

Namaste,

My friend.
