This postpartum meditation is for you if you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed in motherhood but you want to feel calmer, more grounded and more confident. Postpartum has many challenges and it can be overwhelming to deal with all the changes in your life and having a baby to look after 24/7. I personally experienced postpartum anxiety, stress and self-esteem issues which is why I want to help you with this postnatal meditation. My wish is that you set aside 12 minutes each day to listen to this meditation for postpartum for at least 21 days as it will have a powerful and positive effect on your mind and body. You will then find it easier to deal with motherhood and all the things you have to do each day. I hope you enjoy this motherhood meditation and that it helps you to believe in yourself.
