Welcome to this new mom affirmations audio. If you are anything like me, the 4th trimester can come with feelings of anxiety and overwhelm. It is hard to get used to life with a newborn baby. I don't think that anyone finds it easy. Included in this track are positive postpartum affirmations to help you feel calmer and more confident as you navigate through the postnatal period. Ideally, listen to these 4th-trimester affirmations every day for 21 days. This will create new neurological pathways in your brain and make positive changes to how you feel and respond to your motherhood duties. Please get comfortable and if you are holding your baby,

Make sure that you are positioned safely.

Listen to these affirmations every day for at least 21 days.

To boost feelings of calm and self-confidence as you journey through motherhood.

The series of affirmations will be repeated three times.

To allow you to yield maximum benefit from the energy behind the words.

I am doing my best as a mother and that is enough.

Every day I am learning and growing alongside my baby.

I am a strong and capable mother.

This phase of motherhood is temporary and I will get through it.

I trust my instincts as a mother.

I am allowed to take care of myself and prioritize my well-being.

I am not alone,

There is a community of support out there for me.

It's ok to take breaks and rest when I need to.

I am resilient and I can deal with any challenges.

I am nurturing a bond with my baby that will last a lifetime.
