Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position with your baby.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Letting it fill your lungs completely.

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Repeat this breathing cycle three more times,

Allowing your body to relax with each exhale.

Imagine a warm pink light surrounding you and your baby,

Creating a cocoon of love and comfort.

As you breathe in,

Visualize the light glowing brighter around you,

Relaxing you with its tranquil energy.

As you exhale,

Loosen and soften your body.

Place one hand gently on your baby's back or chest,

Feeling the warmth of your baby and the love between you.

Take a moment to appreciate this incredible bond that you share with your baby as you nourish and comfort them.

Now let's focus on some empowering affirmations as you feed your baby.

You can repeat each affirmation back to yourself in your mind if you want to.

My body is capable of providing the perfect nourishment for my baby.

Breastfeeding is a beautiful and natural experience.
