Welcome,

Sweet soul.

Thank you for arriving right here,

Right now.

This is your sacred time to soften,

To release,

And to realign with the peace and clarity of your truest,

Highest,

Wisest self.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

You may be seated or lying down.

Let your body settle.

Let your breath lead.

Inhale gently,

And exhale slowly.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to arrive more deeply into this moment.

Let your awareness drop down from the mind into the heart.

This is your space.

This is your sanctuary.

The practice you are about to experience is called Ho'oponopono,

A sacred Hawaiian healing ritual that means to correct or to make things right.

At its heart,

Ho'oponopono is a pathway to forgiveness,

Cleansing,

And deep energetic reconciliation within ourselves and with others.

Ho'oponopono works with four simple yet profound phrases.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Spoken with presence,

These words open doorways to peace,

Release,

And return.

Bring your attention to your heart space.

Feel its gentle rhythm,

Its quiet wisdom.

As you breathe here,

I invite you to bring to mind a situation that is asking for healing.

It may involve another person,

A memory,

Or a tender part of you that's been quietly asking for healing.

Trust that whatever arises is welcome.

No need to judge or fix,

Just allow it to be seen,

Held in compassion.

Notice how this situation feels in your body,

And take a few breaths to soften around it.

Let the breath continue to flow,

Inhaling spaciousness,

Exhaling any tension or resistance.

Letting go of needing to figure it out,

This is a moment of presence,

Not problem solving.

Simply being here with what is,

Softening,

Opening,

Allowing.

When you're ready,

Gently begin to repeat the sacred mantras of the Ho'oponopractice with me,

Whether silently to yourself or out loud.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Let the words wash over the situation you're holding.

Allow them to ripple through all layers,

Seen and unseen.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Let the words dissolve into silence now,

Feeling what has shifted,

Even subtly.

Imagining golden light pouring into your heart,

Cleansing and illuminating.

Letting the light expand now through your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your spine,

Down into the belly,

Legs,

And out through the soles of your feet.

Letting this golden light rise up into the crown of your head and flowing out into your field,

Radiating peace,

Exuding harmony.

And letting this light continue outward now,

Reaching to wherever healing is needed,

And returning to you infused with clarity,

Healing,

And love.

And now taking a deep cleansing breath in,

And exhaling gently,

Bringing your hands to your heart if you feel cold.

Whisper softly,

Thank you,

I love you.

This practice is always available to you.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes,

And return to your day with grace,

Gratitude,

And love.
