I invite you to find a position that supports both comfort and awareness within your body.

For this moment,

Simply allow yourself to become aware of your breath.

Tuning in to its natural rhythm.

In and out.

Each cycle a gentle reminder of your presence here in this moment.

Breathing in and breathing out.

In and out.

Allowing each breath to bring you more fully,

More deeply into this present moment.

In this moment,

We gather the threads of all that you have dedicated yourself to in the previous meditations within this series.

Integrating all the qualities we've cultivated into a cohesive foundation for thriving in your work.

Take these first few moments to arrive completely in this space.

Breathing in and breathing out.

True strength emerges not from any single quality,

I invite you to bring awareness to your body as a whole,
