In this practice we use the power of visualisation, heart coherence and aligned actions to manifest our reality. This is part of a 30 day visualisation challenge that you can continue on my page. Visualisation and emotional experience is used to create our reality. Only one part is physical reality, the rest is the mental, emotional and spiritual. If we align all of them, we can create anything that we want out of life.

For this morning visualization we're gonna go into a relaxed state and visualize our goals already fulfilled because when we do we're actively aligning with that potential reality and the more we live in this future reality the more feelings we can have towards it the more we were actively pulling it towards us we're basically stepping into this potential reality and locking it in as the reality so let's start by taking a deep breath in you can sit up or you can lie down deep breath in for your nose one more big breath in just let it go any thoughts any worries just allowing yourself to arrive notice any feelings in your body notice any calm in your body and just relaxing for every breath a little bit more allowing the relaxation to spread across your face your jaw your neck on your shoulders your chest all the way back your stomach pausing here taking a breath in relaxing your legs and relaxing your feet and as we start walking into this new potential reality think about that one exciting goal that you have maybe it's the one that's been on the top of your goal list or your dream list for a long time nothing seems to be happening and now you start to think about how this goal would make you feel once you achieved it would it make you feel proud maybe calm maybe excited and for this visualization practice I want you to imagine that you're in a sofa on the couch with someone that you love or someone that you care about and they're congratulating you for have achieved the goal don't put any expectations on the visualization but just sit in the feeling of how you're answering the person that you love so much and just let yourself feel proud let yourself feel happy let yourself see the happiness in their eyes too so I'm just gonna leave you here for three minutes and just loop this image as many times that you want and you can even go on and explore it even further with more situations and we're gonna do one more round of this but this time I'm gonna create a heart and brain coherence at the same time to elevate the emotions to create a bigger magnetic pull on your heart from your emotions this also helps to remove limiting beliefs that tells you that you can't have this dream by just living more in the emotion of your wish your goal fulfilled so start by taking deep breath in three seconds in and five seconds out three seconds in five seconds out and now again go back to the image in your mind this scenario and just keep breathing like this you start to think about how you feel in this moment and let the breath enhance the emotion I'll just leave you here for around two minutes just continuing this breathing and you're seeing if you can find somewhere on your body where you can feel this sense of joy happiness confidence and just continuing this breathing and seeing if you can increase the feeling in your body if you find it in your chest your stomach or even in your legs just try to find the place where it feels really good right now use your breath to increase it feeling spreading throughout your body through every cell of your body and just seeing if there's any aligned action that wants to come through something that would feel really exciting to do towards this goal today and just receive if you didn't receive anything let that be your sign it's the final reminder that as long as you're working in your mind you're visualizing you're feeling the emotions just know that everything is perfectly unfolding right now
