Shelby‘s classes are thoughtful, creative and always aiming to tune into our hearts, revealing overflowing joy and expansion that will ripple out into the world. Outside of teaching yoga, Shelby loves being with her daughters and husband, snowboarding, skateboarding, climbing, camping and walks with her kelpie dog. Shelby's interests are always evolving and has recently graduated as a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Practitioner.
