Hello and welcome to this guided talk through affirmation meditation practice.
Today we will be using affirmations in order to help ourselves express more freely.
So sometimes in life situations arise where we may not say what we really think or feel.
Often this ultimately comes from a fear of being judged or disliked by others.
So within this practice we will focus on that emotion of fear or apprehension that comes when we reach that crossroads in our day.
That very moment when our true thoughts and feelings may seem at odds with the thoughts and feelings that we think others want us to have.
So when you're ready,
Entering into your meditation position.
And just taking a few moments to ground into your body and release any tension.
Just relax the shoulders.
Soften around the eyes.
And be.
And now we'll begin with three deep mindful breaths.
So breathing in through the nose.
And releasing through the mouth.
And breathing in.
And letting go.
And last time,
Breathing in.
And releasing.
And now we'll begin with the affirmations.
So feel free to repeat these out loud.
Or just let them sit internally.
