Welcome to this moment.

This meditation is here to support you in the final days of your menstrual phase,

A time when your bleeding begins to slow and your energy begins its quiet rise.

Your hormone levels are still low,

But slowly beginning to build again,

And you may notice a gentle return of mental clarity,

A soft reawakening of your desire to re-engage with the world.

This phase offers a moment of integration,

Of honoring the inner wisdom you uncovered during your rest.

Let's begin.

Find a space that feels safe and soft for you.

Settle in,

Allowing your body to land gently in this moment.

Let your hands rest where they feel most comfortable,

Perhaps over your womb or folded gently in your lap.

Take a deep breath in,

And a long,

Soft exhale.

Allow your eyes to close if that feels comfortable,

Or simply rest in a soft,

Downward gaze.

Take another breath in,

And exhale,

Inviting stillness.

As you arrive in this moment,

Let your breath guide you back to yourself.

Inhale,

I welcome myself home.

Exhale,

I honor what I've released.

I am whole,

Even in transition.

Exhale,

I am safe to move slowly.

Feel into the wisdom your body carries.

This is a time of deep integration,

Where clarity meets softness,

And restoration begins to take root.

Reflect gently on what this bleed has released,

Physically,

Emotionally,

Spiritually.

You have let go,

And now you begin again.

Let your breath help you bridge this sacred in-between.

Inhale,

I trust my inner rhythm.

Exhale,

I carry my wisdom forward.

Inhale,

My body leads me with grace.

I walk gently into what's next.

There is no rush.

Allow your body to remain slow and rooted,

Even as your energy quietly stirs.

Trust in the timing.

Trust in your rhythm.

Take a few more moments to breathe in this space,

Allowing your body to integrate all that has passed,

And open softly to what is ahead.

When you feel ready,

Begin to come back into your body.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Take a final deep breath in.

Come back to this meditation each day you are in this phase.

Let it be a reminder that you are in constant evolution,

Whole,

Sacred,

And deeply wise.
