Thank you for joining me.

My name is Amanda and I'm honored to guide this quick 10-minute guided meditation to help you get a little more centered for your day.

If it feels right,

I invite you to close down your eyes.

Just make yourself as comfortable as you can be,

Trusting whatever it is beneath you with all of your weight and letting gravity pull you deeper.

Feeling yourself letting go of anything you're holding on to.

Letting your body drop and release.

Noticing the natural rhythm of your breath.

Accepting it for however it is.

Not trying to change it in any way.

Just tuning in.

Letting yourself notice how your body is feeling.

Pressure in your face.

Any tightness in your shoulders.

Tense in your back.

Each breath out.

Just letting go a little more.

Letting pressures and expectations dissolve away.

Allowing yourself to be with your breath.

Letting thoughts come.

Not resisting them.

Feel like you have a choice.

Coming back to the breath and the body.

And on each exhale,

Letting go once again.

Giving yourself this time.

You've got nowhere else to be.

No thing to do.

No state to achieve.

Not resisting anything.

Back to the breath.

Let go of the body.

Wherever you happen to notice your thoughts.

Feeling your breath again now.

Feeling yourself coming back into your body.

It feels right.

Opening your eyes very gently.

Looking once again at the world around you.

Seeing it for as it is.

Seeing what's actually there.

The colours,

The shapes and the shadows.

Getting an intention.

Back to your breath.

To let go of whatever you're holding in your body.

Whenever you notice that you've been carried away with thoughts.
