Welcome,

My name is Helena and I invite you to take your seated position or you can also lay down for this practice.

Allow yourself to be comfortable and make space feeling also comfortable from the space of the belly and the chest.

Allow yourself to have your clothes loosen up or maybe just add in some layers or you can find yourself at ease and also inviting a safety space.

So just take a moment for just noticing your breath and just breathe naturally,

Take a couple of moments for just inquiring if your breath has some sense of easiness and peace or you can just allow yourself to just breathe naturally in order for binding or building some peace in your mind,

On your breath and in your body.

Noticing your inhalations and your exhalations and for this practice we are going to use a metronome,

You can download a simple app for a metronome on your phone or in this guided session I'm going to put a metronome so you can understand how to add some steady support and timing and also allowing to just use the pace of the metronome on your breath.

So when you are ready let's begin.

You're going to notice that in the metronome there are three beats and a high beat or a high pitch beat.

On the high beats we're going to invite the breath to inhale or exhale.

I'm going to assist you on this practice so when you're ready let's begin until we find the first beat.
