We will release resentments, discord, and instability from the body, mind, and spirit as we breathe gently in through and out the nose Soothing sounds of the crystal bowls are played in the background to recalibrate the energetic field. Transcript

Allow your physical body to settle into your space,

Either sitting with a straight spine or lying down,

Flat on your back,

With your palms facing up.

Take a deep,

Cleansing breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Releasing tension,

Overstimulation,

And distraction from the day.

Take another deep,

Cleansing breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Releasing judgments,

People pleasing,

And abandonment issues.

Take one last deep,

Cleansing breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Releasing resentments,

Instability,

And discord from the body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Now begin to breathe in a gentle,

Rhythmic pattern,

In through the nose and out through the nose,

Equal parts on the inhale and exhale.

Allow yourself to bring your awareness into the present moment through gentle breaths in and out.

Become aware of how your body feels.

Notice the sensations,

Pulses,

And vibrations humming through your physical body.

The present moment serves as a portal to the soul,

Higher self,

And over soul.

We enter this portal now through our breath and present moment awareness.

Bringing your awareness to the top of your head,

The crown chakra,

The center responsible for our connection to the divine,

Our intuition,

And alignment with our highest purpose.

Inhale deeply,

And on the exhale,

We release any feelings of unworthiness,

Any matters involving broken trust or betrayal,

And we release overthinking,

Leaving more sacred,

Open space to be replaced with trust,

Faith,

Hope,

Love,

And light.

Now,

Bring your attention to your heart space,

The area involved with teaching us the path of unconditional love,

Compassion,

Joy,

Freedom,

And bliss.

Inhale deeply,

And on the exhale,

We release any grief and heartbreak,

Leaving more open space to be replaced with appreciation,

Gratitude,

Unity consciousness,

Acceptance,

And self-love.

Anchoring into the heart space the ability to view oneself in the world with a unified heart.

Inhale deeply.

Now direct your awareness down to the base of the spine,

The area known as the root energy center.

From the root,

Envision a large tube of light extending deep down into the crystalline core of Mother Earth.

Sensing your energy through all time and space so that you may emerge from this meditation stable,

Balanced,

And committed to stepping into your highest potential.

Inhale deeply,

And on the exhale,

We release any long stored resentments,

Fear,

And trauma.

We release the need to replay unhelpful stories associated with not belonging or feeling safe in the world.

Having more sacred open space to be replaced with feelings of security,

Stability,

And purposeful living.

Activating and anchoring in abundance,

Trust,

Authenticity,

And inner peace through a sense of belonging.

Allow yourself to gently rest here while integrating the deep and resonant vibrations into your being.

When you feel complete,

Go about your day in a new and balanced way.
