Hello,

Sweet soul.

Welcome to your daily meditation.

I am Julianne Arce,

And I'll be your guide during this time.

Let yourself settle for a moment,

Softening into your breath,

Softening into your body,

Softening into the quiet that lives beneath the season.

You don't need to generate joy right now.

You don't need to reach for anything.

This practice isn't about forcing gratitude.

It's about letting it arise naturally,

In its own way,

In its own time.

Take a slow inhale,

And an easy,

Releasing exhale.

Imagine a warm glow filling the room,

Like a soft holiday light,

Reflecting off a window or a candle.

Let that glow land gently on your skin,

Creating a feeling of being held and supported,

Just as you are.

Let your breath match the warmth.

Inhale open.

Exhale soften.

Your only job here is to rest.

If gratitude feels simple today,

Let it come.

If it feels far away,

There is nothing wrong with that.

Instead of searching for something to be grateful for,

Just notice the small things already supporting you.

Your breath.

Your heartbeat.

The ground beneath you.

The quiet of this very moment.

The warmth in your chest.

Let gratitude be gentle,

A soft presence.

Not a task.

Bring your attention to one thing.

Just one.

That one thing that feels comforting right now.

It might be the warmth of your blanket.

The calm of this meditation.

A memory that softens your heart.

A person you feel safe with.

Or simply the relief of stillness.

Let that one real thing fill a little more space in your body.

A little more light.

A little more calm.

You don't need a list.

You don't need to stretch.

Let gratitude be as small and as honest as it needs to be.

Now imagine that soft warm glow gently settling into your chest,

Into your shoulders,

Your belly.

Letting this gratitude feel like a blanket of ease.

Let it whisper,

You are held.

You are supported.

You are allowed to rest.

This is gratitude too.

The gratitude that comes from letting yourself be cared for.

By life.

By breath.

And by this moment.

Take one last slow,

Steady inhale.

And a long,

Soft exhale.

Let your heart feel nurtured.

Let your nervous system settle.

Let your gratitude rest inside of you.

Like a warm,

Glowing ember.

Quiet,

Gentle,

And real.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes with softness,

And carry this warm,

Christmas calm with you.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you through this meditation.

I look forward to seeing you again tomorrow.

Namaste,

Sweet Soul.
