Thank you for joining me in a meditation to awaken the aliveness within.

Sit in a comfortable position with your spine and neck long and straight.

Slowly close your eyes.

Begin to take note of any sensations you feel in the body.

Perhaps your clothes touching your skin.

Noticing any sounds in the room or outside.

See if there are any smells in the air.

Observe the areas that are touching the surface beneath you.

Turn your focus towards your nostrils.

Without manipulating the breath,

Begin to follow each inhale and each exhale fully all the way in and all the way out.

Perhaps noticing how the temperature of the air coming in through the nostrils is cooler than the air leaving.

And now I'd like you to place your attention on your heart center.

Envision your heart sitting in your body.

How big is it?

What color is it?

Are there any scars or wounds?

If so,

That's perfectly okay.

Broken hearts are a part of life.

Feel the beating of your heart in your chest and know that you are alive in this moment.

Your life force energy is pulsing through your veins.

As you become more and more attuned with your heartbeat,

Think of how good it feels to be alive today right here right now.

Think about a time in your life when you felt incredibly joyful,

Deeply thankful,

And wonderfully excited about life.

Touch yourself in that moment again and allow the feelings you felt from that time to swell up within you.

Who was with you?

Where were you?

What were you doing?

What did you see?

Hold these images in your heart and feel the joy,

Gratitude,

And aliveness spread throughout your entire being.

Feel your body tingle with excitement as this feeling of aliveness seeps into every cell,

Every muscle,

Vein,

And crevice.

Now I want you to magnify the vibration of these feelings even more.

Imagine these feelings doubling within you.

And now imagine the feeling triples.

You never knew that you could feel this happy and this alive.

Imagine now the feelings quadruple within you and you feel so incredibly joyful.

Feel the frequency of these emotions rise higher and higher as they completely take over your being.

Imagine the energy as a beautiful bright white light swirling inside and around your body,

Completely covering the space inside and around you.

You are doing this all on your own.

You are so incredibly joyful,

Deeply thankful,

And very,

Very alive.

Now imagine that you are looking down at the earth from outer space.

See the beautiful green and blue planet.

Now taking in a slow deep breath,

Gather up all of this glorious bright white energy you've created and on the exhale send it out onto the earth.

Take a few more deep breaths as you absorb the beautiful bright white energy into your body and send it out.

You have an unlimited amount of this energy available to you.

You can never run out.

It just keeps refilling and refilling over and over again.

And now letting go of this visualization,

Maintain awareness of the breath and begin to develop awareness of your physical body.

Trace the outline of your body.

Feel the air and your clothes on your skin.

Notice the heaviness of your body as it rests and take your awareness into all the points that are touching your seat.

With eyes still closed,

Visualize the space you are in.

Imagine where you are in the room and the other objects that surround you.

Begin to slowly move your hands and feet.

Take your time.

There is no hurry.

Bringing your hands in front of your chest in prayer position,

Rubbing them together creating some heat.

Raise them up to your face and cover your face.

Absorb this alive energy that you've cultivated here today.

Breathe it in,

Lowering your hands back down to your lap.

When you are sure that you are fully awake,

Gently open your eyes.
