This is a full Centering Prayer practice. This practice begins with a 3 minute introduction with music, inviting us to settle into our bodies and enter a deep state of surrender, calm, and draw our attention to the present. This is followed by a bell to signify the beginning of a 20 minute silent meditation. This practice allows us to embrace stillness and create an awakened connection with the Divine. This practice ends with a bell and 1 minute closing with music.
