Sofia's mission is to reconnect her clients with their inherent value, emphasizing that what they have to offer is not only valuable but essential for the collective. Through her coaching methods, which encompass meditation, self-reflection, and nature-based practices, Sofia supports individuals in reclaiming their worth and returning home to themselves.
Believing that disconnection is a barrier to personal growth, Sofia identifies four key levels of connection: soul, earth, present moment, and true self. By addressing each of these levels, she helps her clients reestablish a profound sense of connection within themselves and with the world around them.
