Atma Namaste, I started meditation in April 2016, Initially just with basic breathing techniques. From there I tried different meditation methods and finally with Devi meditation.

I am a practicing Arhatic yogi with experience in Vipasana, Twin-Heart, Kundalini, Zen and Srividya meditation. 700HRS and counting, I look forward to clearing my karma and be of service.
