May I get more opportunities to Meditate.
Atma Namaste, I started meditation in April 2016, Initially just with basic breathing techniques. From there I tried different methods like Vipasana, Twin-Heart, Kundalini, Zen and Tantric meditation. I currently practice a meditation originated from
Shaiva tantra.

I am an experienced meditator with more than 1000HRS and counting. I look forward to clearing my karma and be of service.
