Hello and welcome to these Freestyle Affirmations for Presence.
So what do I mean by Freestyle?
Well,
Whether this is the first or a hundredth time you've listened to this,
We want to make these affirmations yours,
So that you're able to own them,
Speak them,
Walk with them and allow them to flow and imbue themselves into all areas of your mind,
Body and soul.
Remember again,
If this is your first or a hundredth time listening,
I am your guide.
The voices,
The affirmations,
They come from you.
And all I'm doing is riffing and I welcome you to riff with me.
By that I mean,
All of this is coming from your energy,
My energy,
A collective desire to feel and be more.
The reason why it's useful to hear this introduction,
To allow your mind to contemplate all of this,
Is because it's just reinforcing,
Reinforcing,
Reinforcing that you are able to change.
So you might find yourself listening to my words and repeating them in your own head or in your own voice,
Or you might be able to sink down into my words and feel your inner voice,
Come up with some suggestions of your own.
The potent thing here is that it's allowing us to experience how we can whip ourselves up into a positive frenzy.
It's not about solving everything right now,
But it's just putting one foot forward,
Setting your sail and catching the wind that will inspire you.
So let's begin.
Here we go,
Breathing in through the nose and just gently letting go out of the mouth.
Again,
Whether this is the first or a hundredth time,
You're just entering into this process,
Allowing the power of repetition to just unfold within you.
You calmly and confidently just relax down into your body.
As if by relaxing down you're just able to contact and be in communication and communion with deeper and deeper and deeper parts of you.
Allow that playfulness just to encourage that expansion into the space around you.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Here we go.
Oh,
And one more last thing,
And again if this is your first or a hundredth time,
This is a good reminder to do in your day too.
We'll have some periods of silence,
About 20 seconds throughout.
Just sink into them and there'll also be one at the end to finish too.
Your mind will be able to just pause and thus everything that you've heard,
Everything that you've felt,
Will be able to sift and sort in that silence,
Embedding deeper and deeper down.
Remember to do this,
Remember to allow this and trust the power of your mind.

I am present.
I love to be here.
Even though sometimes I find it a little bit difficult,
I know and can remember times where me being present just really helped the situation.
Something was really challenging but I stopped to listen.
I stopped to feel and all of a sudden it was made a whole lot easier.
I would like more presence in my life.
I would like more presence in my being.
I want to feel the richness of the world,
The sand in between my toes,
The Sun on my face,
The love in my heart,
The love in another's heart.
I am present.
It is presence that brought me here today.
I must have been present at some point with my very idea of wanting more presence.
As I gently think about it,
As I gently allow it,
My mind just relaxes behind the voices to know that it is presence that is actually me.
In the core of me,
In the center of me is presence.
And I know that that journey of being more present with any disturbance within me,
With any disturbance around me is just so rewarding.
My presence allows me to be curious about what is and to allow what is to unfold.
I love being present because it feels like I'm in the driver's seat of my life.
And as places where I avoid presence or avoid the moment come to mind,
I know that I don't necessarily have to do anything about that right now but just be present with the fact that I am present.
Wanting more,
Wanting change,
Wanting something different.
My mind relaxes now as I breathe in and breathe out and it's a deep one,
A real deep one as I take that lesson even deeper that it is my presence that is my gift.
Not just to me but also to others.
To feel,
To be.
Just being present,
Just relaxing into presence.
My presence really allows me to get involved in life,
Allows me to feel all the sensations that I'm just longing to feel.
Excitement,
Connection,
Intimacy,
Passion,
Joy,
Laughter,
Humor.
My mind finds it really funny right now that presence is my source of humor.
Huh,
Who would have thought it?
And you feel that light wave,
I feel that light wave move through me.
I can also be present to the space around me.
Expanding my presence into the space to the left,
To the right,
In front,
Behind,
Above,
Below.
Feeling my presence unfold out into my body,
Into every inch of my being,
Into every cell.
My mind relaxes,
I feel that smile within me.
I am smiling in my own presence.
I imagine myself moving so freely.
I'm not rushing through the day.
I'm not trying to make up for lost time.
I am present.
I am here.
I am now.
I am feeling.
I am open.
I am receiving.
I am kind.
I am giving.
The presence in me feels so good.
It feels so good to be present.
It's clearly so rewarding,
Not just for me but for others too.
I can give so much.
I can draw upon all of my wonderful experiences,
Expertise,
Talents and gifts just pop into my awareness and my consciousness and in my presence I find the most amazing ideas and solutions.
My presence is infinite.
I am present.
It's full of humour,
Goodwill,
Joy,
Laughter,
Spontaneity.
My presence allows me to be dedicated,
Resolute,
Steadfast,
Immovable.
My presence gives me strength.
My presence gives me humility.
My presence makes me smile and makes others smile too.
I am present.
I am presence.
I am presence.
And I just let these words ring within my ears,
My mind,
My heart and my soul.
As I sit here in the silence,
Letting it all just roll around and become me.
Gently preparing myself to re-emerge lightly and just allow my body to find that forward momentum into my day.
