Lesson 1

Wake Up With Purpose

Welcome to the first day of this 5 day course. Today we are going to incorporate the first step, a mini body scan as our first step of the morning ritual. The body scan helps you get anchored in the day and connect your mind and body.

Today, we are going to go over the first step of our ritual, the mini body scan, and add the second step, a breathing exercise to continue your journey of creating the perfect morning ritual for yourself.

Open Your Heart With Gratitude

Welcome to day 3. Today we are going to repeat steps 1, the body scan, and 2, the breathing exercise, and add step 3, a gratitude practice to open your heart and set it to the frequency of love and appreciation.

Connect Through Loving-Kindness

Welcome to day 4. Today we're going to repeat steps 1, body scan, 2, equal breathing, 3, gratitude and add step 4, loving-kindness or meta. Today we are adding in the element of connection to yourself and others.

Lesson 5

Set Your Intention

Today in the 5th and final day, we are going to add the final step to our morning ritual, adding an intention setting, after we complete the previous 4 steps of body scan, breath exercise, gratitude, and meta.
