Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths, Breathing in, Pausing, And breathing out. As you breathe in, Feel your body filling with a life-giving force of air itself. And as you release the out-breath, Just let go of any tension in your body, Any thoughts, Any feelings that you're holding on to. Just become settled into your body, Feeling your feet scanning through your body up through the legs and torso, Relaxing the shoulders, The arms, The hands, Relax the facial muscles. And imagine yourself lying on a beach by the ocean somewhere. Feel the sand underneath you, The warm sun penetrating your body, Feeling yourself just sinking into the sand, The warm sand, As if it was reaching up and putting its arms around you. Feel the pulse of the earth beneath you, Just relaxing, Sinking deeper. And imagine that you're hearing a sound that seems to be growing larger and louder. And you look up and suddenly you see there's a huge tsunami wave poised right above your head. There's nowhere to go and nothing to do as it falls on you and sweeps you away out into the ocean. You struggle and you fight but there's nothing that you can do. The force of the ocean has taken you into her womb. You're moved with the tides and the currents, Crashed against the rocks, Broken into a million parts. Feeling your skin coming off, Your bones breaking up, You begin to dissolve into the water, Just dissolving into the ocean. Feeling a sense of being cleansed as you merge with the water. Feeling a sense of expansiveness as you go into the depths of the water and feel its vastness becoming the ocean itself. Feeling the container of the earth as you become this huge body of water. Every drop contains you, The essence of you. All the stories of your identity and your life dissolved and merged in the great ocean of time. And you're floating, Relaxed, Moving with the currents, Expanded, Dissolved. And you notice the rays of sunlight coming down into the water. So beautiful. You feel an attraction to these rays of sunlight and you feel yourself moving upward through the water, Up towards the surface of the water, Moving towards the Sun. And you feel a change coming over you, An evaporation where you're being lifted from the surface of the water, Lifted, Lifted up towards the Sun. You feel yourself floating through the air, Merging with the air, One with the air. And you move towards the light, Becoming the light of the Sun. Feeling your oneness with the light of the universe. You are the light of the universe. And you expand outward, Filling the universe with your light, Absorbing all the secrets of time and before time, Knowing that you are eternal, That you are infinite, That you are. And just take a moment to feel that expansive sense of merging with the light. The connection with everything it is, Everything that was, And everything that ever will be. And then in this expanded space, You feel a sense of coolness through your pure essence. And a feeling of condensing. And you begin to feel your shape shifting. And suddenly you're a cloud floating across the horizon, Formlessly shape shifting, Remembering, Remembering, Remembering that you are always changing form, Transforming, Shape shifting. And you find yourself condensing even further and becoming a raindrop, Illumined by the Sun falling towards the Earth. Oh, What a beautiful ride in this falling, Falling down, Falling through the Earth's gravitational pull, Becoming that energy being pulled towards the Earth, Pulled by a great force that you recognize as yourself, As your home, As your origin. And you fall on the fertile Earth and feel yourself merging with her, Becoming her. The drop of rain that you were absorbs the Earth, Soaks in the sunlight, Breeze in the air, And you feel your new self emerging from the clay into human form. Back again on this precious Earth, Fully connected with the web of life, Alive with a sense of purpose and destiny. We have known unity with the Creator. You have known yourself as Earth, As fire, As water, And as air. You know you are the cycle of life itself. You are pure, Divine love. And now you know that you are the power of creation and manifestation. And you begin to bring yourself back, Returning, Returning to the space you left, To the beach, Breathing in, Taking yourself back to where you started this journey in your own sacred space. Returning, Returning to the breath, Becoming the breath, Feeling the tingling of the clay in your body as it dances into aliveness and returns back to human form, Cleansed, Alive, Fulfilled in this moment of knowing who you really are.
