UBM was created for people who need short 2-10 min meditations that are agnostic and clever. It uses pause/position, attend, zoom (P-A-Z) as a base method where each part addresses a different outcome. For example, when attend is extended then we become more relaxed or zoom is extended hou become more focused. The proportions give you different outcomes.
