We begin by grounding, then allow rhythm and breath to open expression, release tension, and awaken joy. No steps to learn. No performance. Just you, the music, and the freedom to move as you are. Come to explore, to feel, to reconnect and to remember the wisdom of your own body. All bodies welcome. Movement is intuitive, optional, and entirely your own.
