We all know that life brings struggles, just as it is a fact that we can always get through anything, coming out stronger. Let me guide you into a peaceful balance when times of stress seem overwhelming.

Today we will come to know that everything will be okay.

Take your favorite meditation posture and begin to breathe in slowly and easily as you gently close your eyes.

Tune out the world around you and tune into you.

Begin to follow along with your breath as you inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Breathe in through your nose,

Feel the fresh oxygen travel through your nostrils.

Exhaling with relaxation.

Very good.

As your day comes to an end and those thoughts set in that can make you wonder about worries,

Let's remind ourselves that it will be okay.

Breathe in and breathe out as you rest in this wisdom.

Everything is okay.

Repeat to yourself now in a gentle whisper,

It'll be okay.

Remember that the past is behind you.

Tomorrow is a new day.

The night helped to shed all that holds you down.

Breathe in and feel the power to let go.

Let go of doubt.

Let go of fear.

Let go of worries that it won't work out as you sleep tonight.

Feel these old doubts flow down and out of your body as if you are being cleansed by a shower of light.

From the top of your head,

A golden light is spilling down,

Cleansing your mind of concern.

An inner knowing that everything always works out just as it should begins to come over you.

Breathe in this new awareness.

This awareness in yourself to make it through any struggle or obstacle begins to build.

Breathe in more deeply now.

Fill your body with air.

Breathing out,

Become invigorated with sureness.

It'll be okay.

You are doing so great.

Let's relax for a minute now in silent meditation.

If there are any negative thoughts that arise in your awareness,

Use this as an opportunity to think the opposite.

Imagine the most positive outcomes in all of your daily activities.

You can fill your mind with the truth that everything will be alright.

Continue to breathe slowly and purely,

In and out through your nose.

Feel how the air is always present.

You are taking this moment to calm your nervous system,

Which is aiding you in a deep relaxation,

Telling your body that everything is okay.

Notice how each breath is comforting you because you know there will always be one coming right after another.

Your breath is a constant in life,

Giving you reassurance that everything is working out just as it should.

And you notice that the more you practice positive thinking in your life,

The more you are filled with positive experiences,

Returning again and again to the smooth rhythm of your breath.

Each time that you are able to catch a negative thought in action,

One that was trying to steal your peace,

You are retraining your mind on the positive track,

And we all know that our thoughts are creating our reality.

So begin to ponder now that if everything was in fact alright,

How would life be for you?

Would you have more free time to focus on some of your most loved hobbies?

Would all of your interpersonal relationships be full of love and compassion?

Perhaps you would be the healthiest you've ever been in your life.

Just think about how if everything was perfectly okay in the world around you,

What would your life be like?

Know that in times of sorrow,

Reaching out to a loved one for support is a way to comfort feelings of woe.

They will tell you it will be okay and hold you tight.

Now bring your right hand up and place it on your left shoulder,

Resting on your chest.

Feel the comfort of your own presence and say to yourself now,

It'll be okay.

Feel your love.

Wonderful.

Now it is time to rise from your meditation,

Bringing back self-compassion with you to share with everyone you know.

Set your body and open the eyes,

Feeling bright.
