Alright,
So this is my first manifestation.
Meditation.
And the inspiration from this came from a lot of students in my yoga classes who were telling me,
You know,
You should do meditation videos,
You should do or you should do meditation podcasts or something with meditation because of your voice.
And I went,
You know what,
219,
Let's do it.
When more than three people tell me to do something,
It's normally a sign pointing me towards the direction.
So my hopes is that this manifestation meditation brings you not only a sense of serenity and peace,
But clarity and focus and connection into things that you already have.
Because that's what I believe manifestation is for me,
Definitely.
Manifestation is simply the things that you are creating,
But you already have them.
And that's the beauty of it.
It's just a matter of trust and belief and visualization that these things that you are visualizing that you want for yourself with the purest of intentions that will serve yourself,
Your other other people and all of society is something that you already have.
So go ahead and either lie down or find a nice,
Comfortable seated position and just begin to tune on into your breathing.
Tune on into your breathing.
Tune on into the thoughts playing throughout your head.

What made you choose this video?
I shouldn't say video,
But this meditation track.
What drew you to it?
This desire,
This idea,
This curiosity,
And notice that energy that pulls you towards something.
Just notice it.
Tune on into it.
Begin to let everything else go.
And every inhale you breathe into that energy,
Bringing it closer to you.
Every exhale,
Let everything else go.
Breathe in and sigh out.
Feeling your body become more and more relaxed.
Feeling your mind tune on into that guiding energy that draws you towards things,
Even if you don't know what they are.
Begin to say these few affirmations to yourself before you begin to dive deeper into this meditation.
Begin to say,
I deserve all the happiness in the world.
I deserve all the happiness in the world.
I deserve all the happiness in the world.
Just breathe on into that affirmation and sigh out everything else that doesn't serve you.
Begin to tune on in to your next affirmation.
I trust that the universe has my best interest in mind always.
I trust that the universe has my best interest in mind always.
I trust that the universe has my best interest in mind always.
Really trust.
Let go of any fear.
Let go of any worries or doubts or words or thoughts or images that are holding you back from just trusting in this energy that always guides you,
That always leads you to something more.
Let go.
And last but not least,
I let go of any go of all and anything that no longer serves me.
I let go of anything and everything that no longer serves me.
I let go of all and anything that no longer serves me.
And just begin to let go of all and anything that no longer serves you.
With every inhale again,
Breathe into that energy,
That guiding energy,
Trust,
The belief in your own happiness and how much you deserve it.
And begin to let go of any fear,
Doubt,
Lack of self-worth or confidence,
Sadness,
Anger,
Any sort of negativity.
And if it's,
You can't really label it as a negativity,
But anything that acts as almost this wall that kind of cuts off that energy from that thing always guiding you and leading you to something more.
Begin to let go of that.
It doesn't even have to be a word.
It could be a feeling.
With every inhale,
Breathe in the positive affirmations and every exhale,
Let go of everything that no longer serves you.
Let go of everything that is holding you back.
Let go.
And now that your affirmations are in your mind,
That you're in a space of letting go of openness,
Of trust,
Of knowing you deserve all your happiness,
We begin to visualize what that happiness is.
What is it that you deserve?
If you could visualize within your mind's eye,
You at your happiest,
How would it look like?
And really visualize a snapshot moment of you in your happiest place.
Where are you?
What time of day is it?
What do you see around you?
Is there anything around you?
Is there something around you?
What is it?
If you're having trouble visualizing it,
Come up with the words,
Let those words filter in.
And more importantly,
Notice how do you feel in your happiest moment?
Free,
Safe,
Secure.
Is there a sense of peace?
A sense of abundance?
Visualize yourself in your happiest moment,
And begin to really become more and more specific.
Are there smells in the air around you?
Is the sun out?
Is there snow?
What season does it seem like?
Breathe it in.
Allow yourself to simply be in this moment.
Let everything else go.
Simply be here,
Right now.
Let the feelings wash over your body.
Let them clear your mind of anything else that's holding you back.
Completely detach from that feeling that is holding you back from this vision,
These words,
This energy.
And begin to trust.
Trust that this vision exists.
Trust that you have this vision.
This vision is reality.
Even though you can't hold on to it,
It's not happening right now,
It's not the reality of the present moment necessarily.
It already exists.
Anything that you can imagine is possible.
And therefore,
If you can imagine this moment,
It's possible somehow.
And trust without any doubts that this thing that you're imagining exists and is waiting for you.
And every step you take,
You get closer and closer.
It doesn't have to make sense.
Don't worry about the how,
Don't worry about the why.
Leave the questions.
Trust the feeling.
Trust that this thing within your mind's eye,
That these feelings,
This is true.
This is part of who you are.
Trust that you already have this,
That it already exists.
Let everything else go.
And in the sense of trust,
In the sense of peace,
Happiness,
Whatever you are feeling,
Again,
Just allow yourself to feel,
To meditate in this feeling,
To wrap yourself in this energy until you start to feel it on your skin.
And you start to feel it within the beating of your heart,
Coursing through your veins as it flows into your stomach,
Into every nerve ending into your bones.
Let yourself be one completely with this energy and know that it already exists.
That you deserve this.
That the universe is slowly guiding you to this and has your best interest at all times.
And that you will consistently let go of all and anything that no longer serves you to make space for this to become a reality in your present moment.
Trust.
Have faith.
Act and let go.
You are exactly where you need to be on this journey.
You are perfect.
Everything that you are visualizing will begin to manifest by you just simply being where you need to be,
Trusting and continuing to work towards that vision.
Trust.
Let everything else go.
And with that,
Slowly begin to return and bring your awareness back into the body first.
Begin to deepen your breath and then slowly become more aware of the room.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Begin to let go.
Let go and return and trust that that vision that came,
Those feelings,
You experienced it realistically.
Even though it was in the mind's eye,
Even though it was in a state of meditation,
It was the reality within you.
That's the most important reality.
Everything else is neither here or there.
It's simply just the surroundings.
Sometimes it's even background noise.
So continue to trust.
Continue to have faith.
Begin to open your eyes.
And I advise you after this,
Begin to write down anything you saw.
Write down your goals.
Write down your vision.
It doesn't have to make sense of anything.
It's best if it makes no sense at all.
But just if the feeling is positive,
If you feel invigorated,
If you feel passionate,
If you feel peace,
Happiness,
And it's this unshakable peace,
This unshakable happiness,
That is where you need to be.
The world needs more of that.
So by going after your dream,
Your vision,
You're serving everyone around you,
Your loved ones,
Your family,
Your friends,
Your neighbors,
Your society.
It goes so much deeper than just getting what you want.
It's so much more.
So with that,
I thank you for joining me in this manifestation meditation.
Go ahead and slowly begin to rise and move your body and deepen your breath.
And yes,
