How often have you not meditated because you did not think you had enough time? In this session we will discuss how we can introduce spot or micro meditations into your day. Taking as little as 5 minutes, spot meditations are easy to integrate multiple times throughout the day. When you are beginning to feel rumblings of stress rising within, you have the capacity to call on calm.
In this session we will discuss how to integrate these short yet powerful moments of meditation into your day....... and of course, we will meditate!
