Yoga Nidra offers a gentle pause from the momentum of daily life—a space to settle, listen inwardly, and let your system land.
This embodied meditation supports the release of accumulated tension, softens the habit of constant doing, and reconnects you with an inner ground of steadiness and ease. Rather than striving for change, Yoga Nidra invites integration, allowing clarity and renewal to arise naturally from within.
Guided by Dr. Caitlin Clarke’s warm clinical wisdom and deeply attuned presence, each session weaves together psychology, somatic awareness, and soulful guidance to create a safe container for rest. You’ll be led into the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep, where deep rest, healing, and insight emerge.
You’re welcome to lie down or sit comfortably and create a supportive nest with blankets or an eye covering.
