This session offers a moment to pause with a piece of rest-centered wisdom, followed by meditation and embodied integration. We gather to move at the pace that honors our unique bodies, leaving urgency for deep presence. This is a space to explore your relationship to time and reclaim your energy. Expect spacious guidance, silence and room to pause, rest and be. Feel free to bring a journal, an essential oil, candle or incense that you find relaxing, as well as an eye cover for sensory rest.
