Evening Grounding, Stress Release & Deep Rest

With Sanctuary of Power

A gentle evening practice to help your body, mind and energy settle after the day. In this class, you’ll be guided through subtle breathwork, grounding awareness, and deeply regulating practices inspired by Himalayan Kriya Yoga. The emphasis is on calming the nervous system, releasing accumulated tension, and creating a sense of inner safety and spaciousness. The practice is primarily seated, ideally on a meditation cushion with optional support under the knees. You are also welcome to practice seated on a chair. Movements are minimal and guidance gentle, allowing your system to naturally unwind. Toward the end, you may be invited to rest lying down if that feels supportive. Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, and let the day gently release.
