Begin or refresh your Mindfulness practice to relieve yourself from stress and maximise the new Joy and energy that is available to us in the Spring time.
We will meet as a community (Sangha) to support each other as we establish or refresh our practice and learn tools to weave Mindfulness into every day life.
These practical, experiential sessions will contain a guided mindfulness meditation and be enlivened with poems and short creative exercises.
