Lamont is a professional mental health therapist and has trained in tai chi, yoga, meditation, and chanting for the last 30 years. He also is a creator of mystical music. In this class he will share a number of mind and body skills that can be used regularly throughout the day to find the flow state. His philosophy with mental health is that finding the flow state periodically throughout the day is one key to mental health.
