A Breathing Space [Copied]
With Benita Miciulis
A gentle 30-minute seated mindful movement practice to create space and openness in your body and breath.
Together, we’ll release tension through the body, gently hydrate the joints, and settle into a calming, nourishing rhythm of breathing.
Designed to support your nervous system and help you feel more open, spacious, and grounded.
Whether it’s an afternoon reset (like it is for me here in Australia), or an embodied way to begin your day, this class offers a space to move, breathe, and settle.
This practice may be especially supportive if you’re feeling stiff, frazzled, tired, or in search of something gentle, nourishing and kind for yourself.
There’s nothing to achieve or get right here. You’re invited to move and breathe in a way that feels supportive for you. My words and guidance are just the invitation :)
No experience is necessary. Movements can be adapted for a chair, the couch, your bed, the floor, or even done from standing.
Whether we’ve practiced together many times before or this is your first session, I’m really looking forward to exploring this new offering together.
Benita xx
PS. I’ll be sprinkling these shorter sessions throughout the week to support our community across different time zones, so keep an eye on the Events tab on my profile.
