Unpacking the 3 Stage Meditation - Meditating with Sounds - from Space Invader to Space Creator! [Copied]

Often when we are first meditating we find sounds intrude on our practice causing us to become less inclined to meditate if we are in a noisy environment. By making sounds the focus of our meditation they are no longer the space invader but the space creator! In this session we will discuss how we can take advantage of our soundscape and meditate in even the loudest of environments. We will consider how we can practice spot sound meditations throughout the day to assist us to bring calm to the chaos - and of course we will meditate!
