A balanced 60 minute Hatha / Yin Reset. We’ll build gentle heat with 30 min Hatha Flow and breath-led movement, then 30 min yin gradually moving into longer holds and grounding shapes. — leaving you clear, focused, and steady for the rest of your day. All levels welcome. Suggested Props: Blocks, Blanket or large bath towels, Bolster and eye cover.
