Welcome to our monthly Everyday Mindful gathering, where we explore different topics in community with others on the same journey. Join me in deepening your understanding of mindfulness and finding presence in your day as I share talks, stories, humor and guided meditations. This is a safe space held the second Thursday of each month, where you can enjoy the proven benefits of meditation and learn how to bring mindfulness into everyday life. In March, we will be exploring open awareness in which we strengthen our ability to be aware of everything that’s happening in our present experience. The more we practice, the more we realize that everything is always changing, and the easier it becomes to be with the flow of life.
