Languages Of Grief: Witnessing & Moving Through Our Grief With Intention

With Natalie Moon Yoga Nidra

Join Natalie for this 45 minute talk & guided experiential practice to explore grief from any type of loss (past, present or anticipation of a future loss) that lives within you presently. We will explore archetypes and simple rituals that can help support you in witnessing & processing grief. This practice will take place during the time of the full moon, which can act as a symbol of support when processing, moving through and letting go. We’ll explore other types of rituals such as writing exercises, present moment check-ins as well as the practice of holding multiple emotions/experiences together (for example, holding sadness from our grief as well as hope for our future). Natalie is registered counsellor (MPCC Provisional) with a private practice and currently based in B.C, Canada. She holds a deep passion when it comes to supporting others to to relax their nervous system as well as learn supportive tools for mental, emotion, physical & spiritual health. Following this grief rituals practice, Natalie will be hosting a second live event afterwards called “Yin & Yoga Nidra: Full Moon Wisdom”, for anyone that would like to stay for a supportive and restful practice to unwind from the grief rituals. Disclaimer: this workshop is not a cure for grief but rather a resource that we can add to our toolbelt of resources. Make sure you have your toolbelt with multiple resources available, and if not, begin adding tools from different sources.
