Build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in your body with this full-body dumbbell workout designed to be effective without high impact.
This class blends strength training, gentle cardio, and mindful movement using dumbbells to target the legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, and core. Movements are slow, controlled, and joint-friendly, making this class ideal for beginners, those returning to fitness, or anyone looking for a balanced, feel-good workout at home.
You’ll be guided through:
Lower-body strength for glutes and legs
Upper-body sculpting for arms, shoulders, and back
Core and stability work to support posture and balance
Optional cardio-strength flows to raise the heart rate gently
Stretching to release tension and support recovery
Modifications and rest breaks are always encouraged. You’re invited to move at your own pace and choose weights that feel supportive for your body.
