This live session is a trauma-sensitive meditation, offering a gentle, choice-based approach that supports nervous system safety and personal agency. We’ll begin with a grounding practice to calm the nervous system and return to an inner sense of safety.
From that settled place, you’re invited, only if it feels right, to gently connect with a sense of warmth in your chest, or any area of your body that feels safe and comfortable for you.
If connecting with the sense of warmth doesn’t feel right or doesn't seem accessible in the moment, you’re welcome to simply rest your awareness to your breath and the present moment, just as much or as little as you can.
This is a nurturing, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect, relax, and feel supported from within.
