Big Feelings, Bigger Space: Holding Anger, Grief, and Fear Mindfully

Turbulent times can bring waves of anger, grief, fear, and fatigue. The goal is not to get rid of these emotions or “stay positive.” It is to meet them without adding extra suffering. In this session we will work with the “second arrow” and practice making space for strong feelings in the body, letting them move without becoming the story of who you are. We will close with a short meditation for steady, compassionate presence with whatever is here.
