Silence Retreat Two: Awareness Through Layers Of Being

Join Lynn Fraser and the Stillpoint Community for a monthly four-hour silence retreat on the first Saturday of each month. Each hour begins with a 45-minute guided session followed by a 15-minute break. We’ll explore meditation, inquiry, and deep relaxation in a supportive atmosphere of stillness and rest. You are welcome to stay for the full retreat or for the sessions that work best for you. This is a gentle invitation to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with the calm presence within.
In Hour Two: we do a lovely guided practice of integration and stillness in the Five Koshas, Layers of Being.
